1.Introduction

Welcome to the Platinum Club. By accessing our website and participating in the Founding Member program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Platinum Cutz Singapore ("we," "us," "our") and the member ("you," "your").

2.Founding Member Status

• Availability: Membership is limited to the first 200 successful registrations.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity (via NRIC or Singpass if necessary) to ensure "SG Only" eligibility.
• Transferability: Founding Member status is strictly non-transferable and tied to your registered email or mobile number.

3.Reward Redemption (The "Founding 10")

• The Offer: Members receive 10% off their first three (3) full-price grooming services.
• Expiration: Rewards must be utilized within 180 days of our official studio launch.
• Exclusions: This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, retail product purchases, or seasonal packages unless explicitly stated.

4.User Conduct & Security

• Authentication: You are responsible for the security of your Google SSO or WhatsApp OTP sessions.
• Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate the registration count (e.g., using botting or multiple dummy emails) will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the Club.

5.Limitation of Liability

Platinum Cutz Singapore shall not be liable for any technical failures, including but not limited to, server downtime, delayed OTP delivery, or local internet connectivity issues that may prevent successful registration for the 200 available spots.
